  10/10/22 Movie poster analysis  The shot of camera they chose to use was a wide shot . I think they chose this so you can see everything surrounding them . You can also see that Aladdin is holding the lamp etc. Aladdin’s clothing looks quite old and basic which shows me that he might be poor. Jasmine clothing looks very expensive and elegant which shows she’s important and rich . There are lots of gold props in this cover which show me that it’s probably treasure of some sort ? The background shows a few different scenes from the movie to show maybe what it’s based on . It has a lot going on and so is quite interesting for the viewer. The facial expressions are quite serious apart from genie who looks happy and so that suggests to me that maybe he’s a funny person? The font choice looks almost Arabic sort of so I’m guessing is based somewhere in Egypt sand probally definitely in older times . 27/9/22 LO-to apply the theoretical framework to media texts  .Media language all the different elements used to construct any media product .This covers terms used how texts are constructed and the messages conveyed, it incudes camera work , soundtrack ,mise-en-scene ,editing,  Establishing shot it is usually the shot at the start of a scene because it tells us where it is or what time it is taking place . Wide shot :to shows how much space is around the subject. Mid shot: where the shot is just above the waist and shows them in a certain place : Medium close up: chest up and gets rid of distraction and focuses on the character.  Close up: it focuses on there face to see their emotions and facial expression.  Extreme close up shot: focuses on mainly one part of the body like just the eye etc..  Soundtrack :Includes all sound heard in a flim/tv show  .music .sound effects  .dialouge .voiceover CAN BE DIEGETIC or NON DIEGETIC Diegetic sound- sounds you ...
