  Tuesday 4th October 2022 LO:to analyse a media text using Media Language   shot type:medium long shot- its showing us the gun in his hand and that hes wearing gloves.It lets us focus on the key things that the creator wants us to see like his facial expressions and his clothes.They used a mid shot instead of a long shot because you can see more detail when its close up but its not that close up that you cant see the important pieces. the clothing suggests that he is going to do something important and active beacuse the clothing is very plain and bland which suggests he probably going to do something serious. the props show that something serious is about to happen as he is holding a gun which probably means someone is gonna get hurt. the facial expressions are quite serious and he looks quite angry so he might be going to fight? the background is quite plain and there is very little colour which means they want you to focus on the character more that the background. explosi...

  10/10/22 Movie poster analysis  The shot of camera they chose to use was a wide shot . I think they chose this so you can see everything surrounding them . You can also see that Aladdin is holding the lamp etc. Aladdin’s clothing looks quite old and basic which shows me that he might be poor. Jasmine clothing looks very expensive and elegant which shows she’s important and rich . There are lots of gold props in this cover which show me that it’s probably treasure of some sort ? The background shows a few different scenes from the movie to show maybe what it’s based on . It has a lot going on and so is quite interesting for the viewer. The facial expressions are quite serious apart from genie who looks happy and so that suggests to me that maybe he’s a funny person? The font choice looks almost Arabic sort of so I’m guessing is based somewhere in Egypt sand probally definitely in older times .
